Brian Shirley follows Lucas Dirt to Husets for Silver Dollar Nationals

Making the trek to South Dakota, Brian Shirley joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Husets Speedway (Brandon, S.D.) for the 15th-annual Silver Dollar Nationals.

Shirley picked up a heat race win and recorded a solid sixth-place finish in the $10,000-to-win opener on Thursday. Brian finished outside the Top-20 in Friday's preliminary show before earning an 18th-place showing on Saturday.
