Top-5 for Brian Shirley at Needmore Speedway

On Saturday, en route to East Bay Raceway Park for the second half of the Lucas Oil Reopening Tour, Brian Shirley made a stop at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.).

A field of 23 cars registered for the unsanctioned Gene Maine Memorial, which boasted a $6,000 top prize. After finishing third in his heat race, Brian advanced to a solid fifth-place finish in the 40-lap main event behind race winner Brandon Overton, Kyle Bronson, Jonathan Davenport, and Billy Moyer Jr.
